Experience a taste of ‘NAM this September

Join us as we transport your taste buds to the local streets of Vietnam this September 17 – September 21.

We’re adding a kick of flavour and a spoonful of imagination to our menu in Collins Kitchen. Guest Chefs from Hyatt Regency Danang are joining our culinary brigade to create the ultimate hawker-style lunch ($40pp) and a la carte dinner, plus an overflowing market feast for Saturday night’s grand finale ($75pp).

Get your fingers dirty with this cool cuisine and sample fried soft shell tamarind crab or fresh flavoured seafood spring rolls. For those that are a little more adventurous, trial Vietnamese chilli pork spare ribs and everyone’s signature staple – pho!

Be sure to bring a group as you eat your way through his menu of palate pleasers perfectly designed for sharing.
