The extensive buffet breakfast at Collins Kitchen Melbourne restaurant is not to be missed and served from the open kitchen, while the a la carte menu is available for dinner and all-day dining.
Melbourne’s finest market-style lunchtime feast buffet runs from Monday – Friday. Create your own 5-star menu from our cold section ($18), hot section ($23) and dessert ($12) or enjoy all three for only $38 per person. Visit the live cooking stations, interact with the chefs while sampling cuisine straight from the pan, off the grill or from the wok!
To sample the best dishes from each dining concept, why not try our famous Sunday Brunch. Soak up the market atmosphere and graze the kitchen at your own leisure, as you indulge in the ultimate Sunday Brunch, viewed by many as the best brunch in Melbourne, for $72 per person.
Afternoon Tea is a luxurious affair at Collins Kitchen and is served a la carte from Monday – Thursday for only $35pp. On Fridays, as of February 1, 2013 enjoy a decadent display of cakes and pastries from the dessert buffet also included for only $35pp. Saturday and Sunday the offerings become truly sumptuous with the addition of an extended dessert buffet filled with an incredible offering of pastries, cakes and sweets as well as savoury delights including freshly made maki sushi, rice paper rolls and our famous deli sandwich counter all on offer for $55pp.
