Executive Chef, Jason Camillo has created a 5-star menu featuring everything from hand shucked oysters and scampi to roast wagyu rump and other home-style favourites and aromatic Asian dishes. Our New Year's Eve culinary extravaganza is the perfect way to kick off celebrations before viewing the midnight fireworks, enjoying your suite or dancing the night away.
